Hi, I’m Elliot, founder and lead photographer at Elliot Caunce Photography — a wedding photography and film team based in Scotland, documenting weddingss across the UK, Europe and beyond.

My work is for couples who care deeply about photography and want something truly memorable from their wedding. Atmospheric, cinematic imagery that is considered and artfully curated.

With over a decade of experience documenting weddings, we know when to offer direction and when to simply let a moment unfold, bringing a calm, intuitive approach to every celebration while never losing sight of the people and moments that matter most.

Our work brings together honest documentary storytelling with an editorial eye, creating photographs and films rich in atmosphere, emotion and character.

We take on a limited number of weddings each year, allowing us to give every celebration the time, attention and creative energy it deserves.

MY ROLE IS TO DOCUMENT THAT HONESTLY — THE PEOPLE, THE ATMOSPHERE, THE EMOTION AND EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENS IN BETWEEN. BUT DOCUMENTARY PHOTOGRAPHY DOESN’T MEAN SIMPLY STANDING BACK AND OBSERVING. EXPERIENCE HAS TAUGHT ME WHEN TO LET A MOMENT UNFOLD AND WHEN THOUGHTFUL DIRECTION CAN ELEVATE IT.
