DUNGLASS ESTATE / AUTUMN 2024
Mike and Nic’s autumn wedding at Dunglass Estate was a day filled with sunshine, emotion, and unforgettable moments. They chose to include our video package (still in the editing suite), which captured even more of the magic alongside their photos.
The day began with bridal preparations in the house, where the light poured in beautifully. Meanwhile, Mike and his groomsmen donned traditional kilts and enjoyed some getting-ready moments by the iconic church ruins – one of my favourite spots at Dunglass.
The ceremony was truly special, with a tear in Mike’s eye as Nic made her way down the aisle. The sun continued to shine as the couple and their guests gathered for cocktails, group photos, and a relaxed afternoon at the reception area.
Speeches brought another wave of emotion, with a particularly heartfelt one from Nic’s father. As the evening unfolded, sparklers lit up the night in a scene brimming with joy and laughter. The couple’s rehearsed first dance was a wonderful highlight, setting the tone for the ceilidh that followed – an energetic and entertaining experience, especially for the many English guests who embraced the fun wholeheartedly.
